This brand-new campus has been developed in co-operation with Tilburg University and is based at Professor Cobbenhagenlaan in Tilburg. With the completion of the student campus, the building serves a new purpose. Until 2016, the building was used as an asylum seekers' center and saw many refugees of various backgrounds and nationalities settle in this space. Before that, the building used to house an office of the Tax and Customs Administration.

The campus now exists of 150 student residences, both two-room apartments, and studios. The 150 residences vary in size from 30 m² to 55 m² and are spread over five floors. Each residence is fully furnished and features a bathroom and a kitchen with all the necessities.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a washing machine. The built-in kitchen features an induction hob with two burners, an extractor hood, a refrigerator, a combi oven/microwave, a stainless-steel sink, and multiple cabinets. Besides that, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils such as cutlery, pans, tableware, cups, and a kettle. The living space of each apartment is fully furnished and is outfitted with a couch, a dining table and chairs, a cabinet, a bed, and a wardrobe. Every residence also has its own air conditioning/heating system.
