At the site of the existing Catalonië industrial building and the vacant land behind it, a new development project is underway in collaboration with TBV Wonen, consisting of 66 newly built apartments. The apartments, ranging in size from 50 to 70 m2, will be distributed across three building blocks. The surrounding area will be developed for parking and a semi-public area that will form part of the museum route.
