The Marshal

The Marshal is an extension to the parking lot of the transformed building The General. The new building accommodates five self-contained apartments of approximately 50 m2 and ninety student rooms, distributed across eighteen student houses. The student rooms have a surface area of 12 m2 to 16 m2 and feature shared facilities, such as a communal living room, kitchen, and bathroom within the student house.
Additionally, the complex includes a bicycle and car parking garage, with a communal roof garden above. The realization of The Marshal further addresses the high demand for student housing in Eindhoven.
