Marijkeweg

At the site of the office building on Marijkeweg 22 in Wageningen, a new construction plan is underway. This location will feature a sustainable residential building with 50 owner-occupied apartments. The functional 2- to 4-room apartments will range in size from approximately 55 to 110 m².

Greening is central to the new plan. The outdoor space will be designed as a green living environment that seamlessly connects with the building’s architecture. This contributes to a sustainable appearance, enhances biodiversity, and provides space for meeting and relaxation in a natural, informal setting.

The sale is scheduled for mid-2026, with construction starting at the end of 2026. Completion will follow during the course of 2028.

With an emphasis on sustainability, quality of life, and community interaction, Marijkeweg 22 will soon be a valuable addition to both the housing supply and the street’s living environment.
