In development
Over 5,500 homes will be built on the former Rivium industrial estate in the coming years, approximately 770 of which will be owned by Magis.
In June 2025, the coalition partners and the municipality reached an agreement in principle, outlining the framework and principles for the further process. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.
