RIJSWIJK STARTS HERE

On the corner of Verrijn Stuartlaan & Borderwijkstraat in Rijswijk, the transformation from office building to residential complex is currently in full swing. The new residential complex, named NOVUM - Rijswijk, will consist of 460 homes. The residences vary from studios, 2-room apartments, 4-room apartments, to group accommodations. This variety makes the housing suitable for a broad mix of residents.

The building will accommodate a diverse group of tenants, including status holders and Ukrainian refugees. This varied composition of residents strengthens the social cohesion within the complex.

The project consists of four adjacent building blocks (neighborhoods) with nine floors (streets). Almost every floor will have a shared living room that serves as a meeting and recreational space for residents. This setup actively promotes not only living quality but also social interaction.

Additionally, shared facilities will be available on the ground floor to support the building. These will include a common workspace, neighborhood café, and sports facility.

The delivery of NOVUM - Rijswijk will take place in two phases. The first part will be completed and rented out in March 2026. The second part will follow in July 2026. This development marks an important step in expanding a unique housing offering and living environment in Rijswijk.
