This historic office building is located in the city center of Poznan. The property is local known as the first high-rise of the city. Due its excellent geographic location is the old town, main railway station and major universities on walking distance.

We are currently working on the plan together with CDF Architects to transform this former office building into a residential building with numerous of common facilities for our residents.
